He was one of the first Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals in the state of Florida, a designation certifying his vast experience and reverse mortgage knowledge, as well as a commitment to ethical lending. Mac is an expert contributor to a number of radio programs, and also presents seminars and educational classes on reverse mortgages.

Teresa is a seasoned banking professional with an impressive 47-year career in the industry, culminating in her role as Assistant Vice President in the residential mortgage department at Fifth Third Bank. Her extensive experience began in Cicero, Illinois, and she later moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan, in 1970. In 2002, she seized the opportunity to transfer to Bonita Springs, Florida.
Upon retiring from Fifth Third Bank, Teresa embarked on a new career path in the reverse mortgage field, allowing her to continue her passion for the mortgage industry. Since April 2019, she has been a dedicated member of the team at Access Reverse Mortgage.
Throughout her career, Teresa has been actively involved in her community. She has served as a Loaned Executive with United Way of Kalamazoo County and a board member with the Kalamazoo County Humane Society. Additionally, she has been a member of the Board of Realtors in Kalamazoo County, the Bonita-Estero Realtors Association in Lee County, and the Women's Council of Realtors.

Ed Warren received his bachelor's degree from Northeast Louisiana University. After graduating college, Ed proudly served our country in the Army stationed in Egypt and Savannah, Georgia, among other places.
He began his career in financial services in 2006 and is currently fully licensed by the State of Florida to provide Health Insurance, Life Insurance and Annuities via the 2-15 license and also has the 20-44 Personal lines property and casualty license. Additionally, he holds FINRA series 6, 63, 26 and 65 licenses. Finally, he holds his Mortgage license so he can specialize in Reverse Mortgages. (He mainly focuses on Medicare and Reverse Mortgages as that is where he sees the biggest need in the community.)
Ed and his wife, Jewels, live in St. Petersburg, Florida and have three sons James, Charles and Jacob. Ed and his wife are trained as chaplains with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team. They are members of Feather Sound Church. Ed serves in the Safety & Go Team ministries and Samaritan's Purse: a community outreach program that helps rebuild and repair homes damaged in natural disasters.
